I use this product ONLY as on the spot treatment for a breakout here and there. I have pretty good skin and do not get frequent pimples. Maybe 1 a month on average. I put this on and it zaps the zit straight away overnight. I have used it 2 ways. Either I just tip the bottle and apply a drop directly onto the breakout site or I have also put it on a q-tip and rubbed it on. This is the BEST product I have ever used for breakouts.
