My son had a bad case of eczema. My pediatrician gave me samples of this product and within a few hours, his eczema started clearing up. I continued to use it every day and night after wiping his face down and his eczema hasn't returned. After the samples finished, I bought me a bottle of this. This product gave my baby back the beautiful skin he was born with.
