RICKY'S ONLINE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

 

At Ricky's NYC, we want our customers to be 110% satisfied with every purchase! In the event that you are not completely happy with your online ordering experience, you may return the items to us for a full refund.

Online-related returns must be sent back using included packaging slip to our Distribution Center via:

All returns accompanied by the Return and Exchange Form (DOC or PDF) provided in the package will be refunded for the full amount of the merchandise being returned and the sales tax. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges, including the original shipping charge – unless Ricky's NYC shipped the wrong item or size, or if the product(s) were damaged. Please note that products may only be returned if they are in new and unused condition with original packaging within thirty (30) days of delivery. Any return received with missing pieces, without the original packaging or with opened packaging cannot be credited. Please allow one (1) billing cycle for credit to appear on banking statements.

PLEASE NOTE: All shoes that are returned must be unmarked (without scuffs), unused and in new condition. Special Order items and ALL Mascot costumes are not returnable. The following accessories may only be returned if in unopened and factory sealed packaging: make-up, hats, moustaches, beards, wigs, eyebrows, eyelashes or any other artificial hair item, teeth, noses, and undergarments including stockings. These products are NOT returnable if they are in a snap closure package or any box/bag that is not factory sealed, due to health restrictions.

 

STORE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY


We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on eligible unused, unopened or defective merchandise to original form of payment, only when presented with the original sales receipt within thirty (30) days. Final sale items such as "sale", seasonal, wigs, costumes and accessory items will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. A photo ID and full customer contact information will be required for all cash returns. Returns with a gift receipt will be exchanged or returned for the value indicated on the gift receipt in the form of merchandise credit.
