1.) How long will my order be held?
We will hold your order for up to 10 business days. After the 10th business day, your order will be canceled and you will be fully refunded. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to appear back on your card statement.
2.) Can someone else pick up my order?
At online checkout, you can print a receipt of the items you purchased. This person can pick up your order by presenting the receipt at the location where the item is being held. You can also forward the email confirmation of your order to your friend and have them present the confirmation from their smartphone screen.
3.) What if my purchase is not in stock?
Items not in stock at your pickup location will take 24 hours to process and arrive or we will send you an estimated delivery date via email. If item is unable to be located within that business day, the item will be cancelled and you will be refunded for that item. Customer Care will inform you via email of this cancellation.
4.) Is my purchase is ready?
Once your item is ready to be picked up, you will receive an email confirmation. You may also be receiving a phone call.
