DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
For best results, pre-lighten hair to a light blonde using Manic Panic Flashlightning 30 or 40 Volume Bleach Kit. Some colors may work well on natural blonde or chemically treated hair, deeper shades may give stunning highlights to darker hair. Ready to use. DO NOT MIX WITH PEROXIDE.

01. Shampoo hair using a deep cleansing shampoo. Apply to freshly washed, dry hair.
02. Empty desired amount into coloring bowl. Apply evenly with a tint brush.
03. Do not apply to scalp, but 1/2 inch from scalp. Saturate hair thoroughly. Comb evenly through the hair until it becomes frothy.
04. Cover hair in a plastic cap and leave on for 30 minutes. For added intensity, heat may be used.
05. Rinse hair in cold water away from face and body until it runs almost clear.

Color is semi-permanent and fades gradually with each shampoo. Wash hair in cool water to maintain color. Made in the USA.
