How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "View Order" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

How do I track my order?

My order never arrived.

Click the "My Account " link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

An item is missing from my shipment.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

How do I return my product?

Do you ship to my country?

If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

USPS METRO POST - SAME DAY SHIPPING


Ricky’s NYC is proud to now offer same day local delivery with Metro Post from the United States Postal Service to our customers based in Manhattan! You’ll be looking good and feeling good…in no time flat!

WHAT’S METRO POST?
You love it. You need it. Now, there’s no need to wait. USPS is now offering the Metro Post same day local delivery service in collaboration with select local retailers including Ricky’s NYC for online purchases. When you select this option as your shipping method (listed as ‘ground shipping’ at checkout), you will be receiving your order the same day that you purchase it. Please see below regarding eligibility for this service.

HOW CAN I BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS SERVICE?
Currently, this service is available to our customers based in and shipping to a residential address in Manhattan, who place an order with RickysNYC.com prior to 10AM, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time (Eastern Standard Time) will not be eligible, and will be shipped the following day if the recipient is in Manhattan. Currently, this shipping service is not available on weekends (Saturday, Sunday) or to recipients outside of the island of Manhattan.

WHERE DO I HAVE TO LIVE TO USE THIS SERVICE?
This service is currently only available to our customers based in and shipping to Manhattan. Currently, USPS is only offering this service to residential addresses. Business addresses and PO Boxes are currently not eligible for this shipping method per USPS.

HOW MUCH DOES THE METRO POST SERVICE COST?
The pricing for the Same Day Metro Post is $5.99, the same price as our flat Ground Service fee. For Manhattan customers wishing to use this service, please select ‘Ground Shipping’ upon checkout. All eligible orders will be shipped via Metro Post by default.

ARE THERE ANY WEIGHT, SIZE OR QUANTITY RESTRICTIONS?

ARE THESE DELIVERIES ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
