Buildable Coverage -- apply over a black base on the eyelids for a sexy smokey eye. Blend it with the black, then build up on the center of the eyelid for a 3D look.
Eyes -- It can easily be applied to eyes with an eye shadow brush. Spray the brush with water, dip the brush into Star Powder and apply flat on the eyelid for a solid shimmer.
Cheeks -- For the cheeks, using a blush brush, apply a residue of Star Powder on the brush and lightly stroke it along the cheekbone using very little pressure.
Lips -- Pat on the center of the lip with a finger or a brush.
