The whole purpose of eyeliner is to make your lashes look fuller and more defined. Using eyeliner is a great way to bring out the best of your eyes.
To apply liquid eyeliner, line the eye from the inside of the lashes outward in one big sweep. Youc an also line the eye from the middle of the lash line outward, and then finish the line from the inner corner of the eye to the middle.
To highlight the lashes, apply over dry mascara, using a clean mascara brush to add color to the tips of the lashes.
We recommend an oil-based eye makeup remover.
