Directions
On a DRY toothbrush combine the whitening accelerator with an equal amount of toothpaste. Brush vigorously in small circles for 2 minutes, twice a day.
Tooth Sensitivity: Your teeth may become sensitive when using this product. This is common with products containing peroxide and is not harmful. The sensitivity will go away if you stop using for a day or two, and then start again.
