How to use:
1. Lather Buf Puf Body Mate sponge with water and your favourite bath soap.
2. Cleanse your skin slowly and gently at first. With repeated use, pressure and duration can be gradually increased.
3. Rinse and towel dry.
Buf Puf Body Mate Sponge will not grow bacteria when rinsed thoroughly and air dried, so it can be used safely again and again. After 6 - 8 weeks of regular use, your Buf Puf Body Mate should be replaced for maximum effectiveness.
